Step 3 - Add Sections

Now that we have added a material to the project, we need to add a section. To add a section from the database, do the following:

  1. Click in any cell from the Input Workbook to activate the contextual ribbon
  2. Select 'Sections' from the 'Active Sheet' dropdown menu in the contextual ribbon
  3. Click on 'Open DB' to open the section database
  4. Notice the 'Open DB' button text now changed to 'Add'. Now select the '200 UC 46.2' section by selecting any cell from the corresponding row in sheet 'UC' from the 'Section Database' panel
  5. Click 'Add' from the contextual ribbon
  6. Now select the 'UB (P)' sheet from the 'Section Database' and add the '180 UB 18.1' section
  7. Finally, add the '152x63x17x1.9' section from the 'CFLZ' sheet
  8. Close the 'Section Databse' palette as we do not require it any longer
